At different levels of manufacturing process, our in-house “Quality Assurance System” strictly follows:

• Raw material testing – Certified by Major raw material manufacturers
• Tape – Yarn width, denier of the yarn, strength and elongation
• Fabric – Size of fabric, mesh, strength, elongation, weight of fabric in GSM
• Cutting – Weaving defects, size of cutting
• Stitching – seam strength, weight, cleaning and printing matter
• Packing – Compacting and proper bailing
